I am proud of the pieces I create. I take great pride in creating each one.
All sales are final. Each of these pieces are considered hand made custom work.
I will service all pieces purchased from me for a reasonable amount of time. Generally 5 years.
I will tighten any rings that have become loose. I will clean, polish or tumble your piece so its as pretty as the day you got it.
Just ship the item back to me for any repair work. I will always stand behind them. All repairs are processed on a first come first serve basis, but gotten to in a very timely manor.
Turn around is only a couple of days.
I do not charge for 1 per year of normal cleaning, polishing, or tumbling.
Any ring replacement will be charged accordingly.
More than one good cleaning a year will be $5.00
Pieces that are returned for cleaning and repair need to be insured before you ship them to me.
Contact me before any work is needed so that we can discuss the work and I can be expecting the arrival of your package.
Insured Return shipping will be paid by you.
Return shipping cost should be included in your package.

You can maintain your jewelry in between my cleanings with jewelry cleaner and a soft rag.
Silver and Gold will tarnish. This is not my fault. It is due to the oxydization. Depending on the amount of wear or exposure, will determine the amount of cleaning needed.
